Our team reads your enquiry and aims to contact you. We have no partner law firm yet and would only share your enquiry with a named firm you agree to.
Honest about who we are
Birth Injury Helpline provides information for families and helps families ask about a possible case review. We are not a law firm and we don’t give legal or medical advice.
Partner disclosure. We are an information and enquiry service. In future, law firms may pay us for advertising or enquiries. We do not currently have a partner law firm. If that changes, we will name the firm and ask before sharing your enquiry, and the firm decides independently whether it can help.
Our guides are written in plain language for general information. They have not been reviewed by a medical professional.
Common questions
Are you a law firm?
No. We’re an information and enquiry service. Any legal advice would come from a licensed attorney at a partner firm, if you choose to speak with one.
Does it cost anything to ask?
No. Asking for a case review is free, and you’re under no obligation.
Who sees my details?
Your enquiry is read by our small intake team. We have no partner law firm at present and would only share your enquiry with a named firm you agree to. See our privacy policy.
What if I already have a lawyer?
We’d suggest speaking with them first. Our guides are open to you either way.
Can you tell me if I have a case?
No. Only a licensed attorney can advise on that.
Whenever you’re ready
Take your time. When it feels right, a few short questions is all it takes.
