Terms of Use
Effective 7 November 2026. By using birthinjuryhelpline.com you agree to these terms.
Not a law firm; no legal or medical advice
Birth Injury Helpline is an information, advertising and enquiry service, not a law firm. We do not give legal or medical advice. Using the site, sending an enquiry or messaging us does not create an attorney-client relationship. Only a law firm that agrees to represent you can do that. Content is general information and may not apply to your situation. In a medical emergency, call 911. This site is advertising for an enquiry service.
How enquiries work
Our intake team reads your enquiry and may contact you. We do not currently have a partner law firm. If we later identify one, we will name it and ask you before sharing your enquiry; that firm would make its own decisions and is responsible for any legal services it provides. In future, law firms may pay us for advertising or enquiries, and we will tell you if so. We do not recommend or endorse any particular lawyer.
No guarantee; time limits
We make no promises about eligibility, compensation, outcomes or response times. Legal claims have time limits, and contacting us does not stop or extend any deadline.
Your responsibilities
Share only information you are entitled to share and that is accurate. If the enquiry is about a child, you must be their parent or legal guardian and 18 or older. Do not send medical records or misuse the site.
